It has led me from Oceania on a global journey through Scandinavia, Europe, Asia, and America, absorbing diverse cultures with generations of creative excellence. These experiences have positioned me across from C-suite executives at Fortune 10 companies strategizing their most important business objectives, all the way through to building and leading the industrial design department at America's oldest design consultancy, directly responsible for their most valuable client relationships. My leadership is rooted in hands-on practice and leading by example to inspire highly motivated, exceptionally talented designers toward award-winning results that transform lives and revolutionize businesses. I advocate designing for real people by integrating them into the process and creating tangible objects they can interact with, adding true value to design. This passion drives my continuous growth and places me at the forefront of innovation.
